The DM700HII combines 7,000 kN clamping force with 850 × 850 mm tie-bar clearance. Compared with the DM650HII, it provides greater clamping force and wider tie-bar spacing while retaining the same listed plunger sizes, aluminum shot capacities and die height range.
The HII Series offers cold chamber die casting machines with rated clamping forces from 1,800 to 9,000 kN. The range supports aluminum alloy casting projects requiring different die sizes, shot capacities and injection pressures.
Molten metal is transferred from an external furnace into the shot sleeve and injected into the die under pressure. Machine selection depends on the casting’s projected area, required cavity pressure, total shot weight, die dimensions and production requirements.
Compare the specifications below to identify a suitable model, then submit your part drawing and die information for a configuration review.
Eight models provide different clamping capacities and die installation envelopes. Select the machine using the required clamping force together with die dimensions, opening clearance and casting removal requirements.
Available plunger diameters provide different combinations of shot capacity and specific injection pressure. A larger plunger increases shot capacity, while a smaller plunger provides higher specific injection pressure at the same injection force.
Each model includes a hydraulic ejector system with a specified force and stroke. The ejector arrangement must be matched to the die and the travel required to release the casting.
The brochure lists an induction motor drive and an optional servo-hydraulic configuration. Select the drive system according to the production requirements and confirm the electrical specifications in the quotation.
The brochure lists a 10-inch touchscreen and storage for 100 die parameter sets across the range. Stored settings support production setup and die changes, with process verification required before production.
Values separated by slashes correspond to the plunger diameters listed in the same model column, in the same order.

Specification Notes
Shot capacity refers to the listed aluminum shot capacity, not the net weight of the finished casting. Allowance is required for the biscuit, runners and overflows.
The listed casting areas are reference values. Machine selection must account for the total projected area, required cavity pressure and an appropriate operating margin.
Induction motor and servo motor figures describe alternative drive configurations; they are not combined power requirements.
Die compatibility requires verification of platen dimensions, mounting positions, opening clearance, ejector connections and core-pull requirements.
Specifications are based on the supplied brochure. Final dimensions, equipment and performance specifications are subject to the confirmed technical agreement.
The HII Series can be evaluated for aluminum die casting applications in automotive, electrical equipment, home appliances and general industrial manufacturing.
Potential components include:
Automotive housings, covers and brackets
Electrical enclosures and equipment housings
Appliance housings and support components
Industrial hardware and machinery components
The appropriate model depends on the individual casting and die design. Industry category alone does not determine the required machine size.
Available configurations should be reviewed against the required casting process. Brochure-listed options include servo-hydraulic drives, automatic die height adjustment and electrical cabinet air conditioning. Safety door configurations vary by model.
Production cell planning can include metal dosing or ladling, die spraying, casting extraction, cooling and trimming. Peripheral equipment, machine interfaces and safety integration must be specified separately in the agreed supply scope.
Provide the following information for a machine selection review:
Part drawing or 3D model.
Alloy grade and net casting weight.
Number of cavities and estimated total shot weight.
Total projected area and required casting pressure, if available.
Die dimensions, weight and opening requirements.
Core-pull and ejection requirements.
Target production output and automation requirements.
Destination country and available electrical supply.
Start with the required clamping force, total projected area and casting pressure. Then check shot capacity, tie-bar clearance, die height, opening stroke and ejection requirements. The machine must satisfy both the casting process and the die installation requirements.
Shot capacity describes the metal quantity associated with the shot configuration. The finished component uses only part of this metal because the biscuit, runners and overflows also consume material. Net casting weight must therefore be evaluated together with the complete shot.
For a given injection force, a smaller plunger provides higher specific injection pressure. A larger plunger provides greater shot capacity. The selection must balance the required metal volume, filling conditions and pressure.
The supplied brochure lists the servo-hydraulic drive as optional. Confirm the selected drive system, motor power and electrical requirements in the quotation.
Automation requirements can be reviewed for metal loading, die spraying, casting extraction and downstream handling. Compatibility, interfaces, guarding and the scope of peripheral equipment must be confirmed for the proposed production cell.
Send the requested model, part drawing, alloy grade, casting weight, die details and production target. Include the installation country, power supply and preferred automation level. If you are a distributor, also include your target market and customer application.
Contact XIONGYI to discuss your casting project or distributor requirements. Submit your part drawing, die information and production target to request a suitable configuration and a quotation with a defined supply scope.
